DESCRIPTION
As the leader of our EMEA team, you will provide both strategic and operational direction to the team to ensure they deliver customer-centric results and support business needs. You will partner cross-functionally to provide direction on operational process, problem solve escalations, and identify opportunities to constantly improve the support of our customers, including our hiring teams, recruiters and candidates. In this role you will: • Manage a team of coordinators in the day-to-day work of complex employment contract coordination at incredibly high volumes. • Drive an exceptional customer experience through ensuring high levels of attention to detail and delivering high standards of support for our hiring teams and new hires. • Cultivate strong partnerships with recruiting leadership to deeply understand the support needs of our hiring teams and candidates. • Establish solid connections with partner teams such as Employment Law, Employee Relations, and People Operations. • Build strong domain and process knowledge to ensure effective analysis of information to exercise educated judgement and determine appropriate action. • Coach and manage direct reports, aiding in their career development and growth. • Inspire constant innovation and process improvement to continuously elevate the support model. • Foster deep global partnerships and alignment with peers to uphold global support standards.
