EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Recruiting Operations
  • Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS required
  • Experience leading process improvements or change initiatives across a recruiting function
  • Background in high-growth, multi-site environments preferred

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong project management and process design skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g. Excel)
  • Deep understanding of recruiting operations and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage reporting to track pipeline metrics, quality of hire, recruiter productivity, candidate experience and fairness
  • Optimize and administer recruiting tools, including Greenhouse; identify automation opportunities and drive implementation
  • Support improving recruiting processes to drive efficiency, quality, fairness, and a great candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Develop and manage standard operating procedures and documentation to ensure process clarity and scalability
  • Support building processes and reporting to scale student hiring initiatives to enable long-term pipelines from campus partnerships
  • Support training programs for hiring managers on interviewing, recruiting tools and other best practices
  • Provide operational support for recruiting-related conferences and events
  • Provide other recruiting operations support as needed, including special projects and cross-team coordination
