Description

This is what awaits you

Do you want to do more than just coordinate, but truly ensure that our clients get the right candidates? Do you think in terms of solutions, are you a hands-on person, and do you know how to convince people on the phone? Then you've come to the right place.

As a Recruiting Operations Manager (m/f/d), you are the link between our clients, Key Account Management, and our Sellcruiting team. You have operational responsibility for ensuring that our clients receive suitable, pre-qualified candidates – and you manage all the necessary internal processes.

Your workplace is in our office in Braunschweig or Bonn, where you will work closely with our recruiting and KAM team.

Your tasks

  • You will take on operational responsibility for delivering candidates to our clients – from planning the sourcing strategy to the final handover of pre-qualified applicants.
  • You will provide professional guidance to our sellcruiting team, give clear direction, ensure quality, and intervene if results are not satisfactory.
  • You personally call candidates, conduct initial interviews and decide which applicants truly meet our clients' requirements.
  • You decide which channels and platforms we use to find suitable candidates beyond our social media campaigns – and you implement this independently.
  • You work closely with Key Account Management: You participate in customer meetings, provide information on the staffing status and explain our procedures clearly and reliably.
  • You recognize early on if the quality or quantity of candidates is not right, analyze the cause and initiate measures.
  • You keep an eye on timelines and delivery targets and drive your projects forward independently.

Your profile

  • Experience in recruiting, active sourcing or personnel placement – you know how to find, approach and convince candidates.
  • Ideally, you have already professionally led or coordinated a team and know how to steer people in the right direction.
  • Strong communication skills on the phone: You speak clearly, convincingly and on equal terms – with candidates as well as with customers.
  • A structured, solution-oriented approach to work and the ability to maintain an overview even when managing multiple parallel projects.
  • Completed studies in business administration, human resources management or a comparable commercial qualification – or relevant professional experience that replaces the studies.
  • Knowledge of digital recruiting or performance marketing is a plus, but not a requirement.
