About Us Corvi Technologies is a US-based direct-hire recruitment firm with an active portfolio of exclusive job orders across skilled trades, HVAC, plumbing, construction, engineering, and industrial sectors. We work with established clients across multiple US states and consistently bring in signed roles that need strong candidates fast. Our team manages all client relationships and business development. We are expanding our recruiter network to handle sourcing and submissions alongside us. What We Need We are looking for independent recruiters, boutique agencies, and split-fee partners who have placed candidates with US employers before. Relevant verticals include: HVAC installation and service Plumbing and pipefitting Civil and commercial construction Skilled trades and restoration Engineering, surveying, and geotechnical Manufacturing and quality control Specialists in one or two of these areas are strongly preferred. Your Role When we share a job order with you, your job is to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within 48 hours. We handle the client side entirely. You focus on finding the right person. What We Offer Signed, exclusive job orders with confirmed fees before you start sourcing. No business development, no client calls, no cold outreach on your end. Competitive split-fee arrangements and commission structures discussed directly with shortlisted partners. Prompt payment once placements are confirmed. Requirements Prior experience placing candidates with US employers is required. You must understand US hiring norms, regional salary ranges, and employment eligibility requirements. Active access to sourcing tools such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ZipRecruiter is expected. Availability during US business hours for at least part of your working day is necessary to reach candidates effectively. Location Fully remote. Open to partners based anywhere in the world. Salary: 100000 - 200000 USD Per annum
