REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience (corporate or mix of agency/corporate preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Recruiting
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or light industrial environments
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• A team-first, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort with constant change
