ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across Crusoe’s teams. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the business landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent.
