ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a seasoned Tech Sourcer to join our client’s recruiting team on a 6-month contract basis to provide key support during a parental leave. This role will focus on proactive sourcing for high-impact technical roles, with an emphasis on engineering (C++ is a major plus). You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fuel the talent pipeline with exceptional candidates and help drive a high-touch, quality-focused hiring process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own top-of-funnel candidate identification and outreach for key technical roles
• Strategically build and manage talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing platforms
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and target profiles
• Craft compelling outreach messaging and engage candidates in a competitive tech landscape
• Screen inbound candidates and hand off high-quality leads to recruiters
• Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and sourcing tools
• Provide market insights and sourcing metrics
