The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments. Support the recruitment team with the following tasks: Identify and interact with potential passive candidates Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates Facilitate/coordinate interviews Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Provide broader Human Resources department support, including: Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Maintaining employee profiles Employment Screenings Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Performs work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to build strong customer relationships. Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Ability to maintain confidential information. Strict adherence to confidentiality with high ethical standards.
