REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE (real estate recruitment experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent across multiple roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/other languages is an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful hires. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce that aligns with PSI’s business goals and growth plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews.
  • Handle bulk hiring for sales/real estate agents and specialized recruitment for other departments.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote PSI as an employer of choice.
