Recruiting Specialist Child Focus 4629 Aicholtz Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45244 - Clermont County Hours: Part time, 25 hours weekly Hourly Rate: $19.00-20.00 per hour Child Focus is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support Early Learning in finding highly qualified candidates to join our team. We are looking for an energetic team player to undertake hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and participating in orientation. The Recruiting Specialist will create a positive experience when connecting with potential candidates online and offline. They will be responsible for screening applications and supporting hiring managers. The specialist will serve as the go-between for candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiting Specialist must possess, strong interpersonal skills, high level of initiative and ability to connect well with others. The specialist will also be required to have organizational skills, good written and verbal communications, and the ability to problem solve independently. Preferred candidates will: Work cooperatively with other team members Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire Create and publish job ads in various portals Host and participate in job fairs Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees Screen resumes and job applications Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Comprehensive Benefits Package: 10 days of PTO for first-year employees and seasonal staff Extended illness benefits. 403(b) retirement plan with 6% employer match.
