The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for owning and facilitating the recruiting and the new hire onboarding process for assigned roles in support of our Corporate and Administrative teams. In partnership with hiring managers, the Recruiting Specialist will ensure that quality candidates are sourced, screened, interviewed, and hired. This role is also responsible for coordinating new hire orientation and guiding them through the onboarding process. Additionally, the Recruiting Specialist will work closely with HR colleagues to provide support for Recruiting, Orientation and Human Resources projects. Take pride in always doing your best work, even if it’s harder or takes longer Are passionate about what you do How You'll Help Our Team Succeed: Provide full-cycle recruiting support for all of the firm’s corporate and administrative positions, including creating and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, facilitating offer letter approval and drafting process. Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation for corporate and administrative hires to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement. Respond to various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments. Contribute to the analysis of recruiting and onboarding metrics to identify patterns and improve processes. Contribute to additional Recruiting and Human Resources projects as assigned. 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in a professional services firm. The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm The ability to communicate effectively and professionally Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functions The mindset to provide superior service Excellent understanding of full recruitment and onboarding processes Strong knowledge of MS Office HRIS and ATS experience required, Workday experience a plus Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic and organizational skills The ability to commute to our office in [Boston, Washington DC or San Francisco], to comply with our hybrid work policy of 2-3 days per week in office. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in all eligible locations. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations. At Cornerstone Research, we believe compensation is more than just a base salary. We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits such as flexible options for healthcare, paid time off, and retirement savings.
