In the position as Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d) in Berlin You are constantly in contact with a wide variety of applicants from the commercial sector, from finance and accounting or from the IT sector in contact. You are an important part of DIS AG and, together with our sales team, you bring companies and applicants together.

• Your tasksYou accompany the entire recruiting process for specialists and managers in the commercial sector
• You actively identify and approach candidates via social media, job portals and your network and convince them of suitable job opportunities
• You review applications, conduct interviews (by telephone, virtually and in person) and advise candidates on their career prospects
• Together with the sales team, you will ensure a strong candidate experience and sustainably support your network
• You will also develop new recruiting strategies and create attractive job advertisements
