We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in the Traverse City and Lake City area! In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates with our clients. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with both candidates and Scheduling Coordinators to ensure successful placements. IN OFFICE 8-5 MON-FRI Responsibilities: Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent Partner with Scheduling Coordinators to understand client needs and deliver top candidates Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to placement Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Meet weekly and monthly placement goals 1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple job openings and deadlines Experience using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for connecting people 401K Retirement Plan Benefits package (medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) PTO Employee Appreciation program Rewarding Work Environment Paid General Orientation High - tech Clientele Advanced Skilled Training offered 24/7 staffing support
