PRIMARY FUNCTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Recruiting Specialist with a strong specialization in Talent Sourcing for roles across the United States. This individual will be a critical partner to our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of exceptional candidates to meet our current and future hiring needs.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the US talent landscape, a passion for finding top-tier talent, and a proven ability to deliver results.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Global Talent Acquisition and support the US – Field, Corporate and Technology businesses. This role will be based in Panama and role can be hybrid/remote.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•X Ray sourcing techniques
•Recruitment Agency experience as a talent sourcer.
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
