Our client is an internationally operating company in the renewable energy sector, considered an innovation driver in its industry and known for its future-oriented corporate culture. For their Aurich location, we are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) for Talent Acquisition on a temporary basis, working 25 hours per week.

Your challenge:

• Management and coordination of all recruitment processes from requirements analysis to contract signing
• Close collaboration with managers and the human resources department in filling open positions, as well as advising on recruitment strategies.
• Active candidate sourcing via common recruiting platforms and tools, as well as company representation at career fairs.
• Conducting salary and contract negotiations and accompanying candidates throughout the entire selection process.
• Continuous maintenance and optimization of recruiting metrics, reports, and collaboration with external HR service providers.
