OFFER MANAGEMENT & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

• Prepare offer letters and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
• Guide candidates through the offer acceptance process.
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process to ensure the organization attracts, evaluates, and secures top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role focuses exclusively on talent acquisition and candidate pipeline management.
