Tatari is looking for a Recruiting Specialist on a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will have ownership of multiple hiring pipelines for the Revenue team, from job kick-off to closing. You will be part of a small-yet-mighty (not to mention awesome) recruiting team, reporting directly to the SVP, People. Responsibilities Ownership of multiple hiring pipelines for the Revenue team from job kick-off to closing. Track pipeline activity daily to move candidates quickly through the process; potentially working with outside agencies Manage multiple candidate and interviewer calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interviewing activity across many geographic regions and time zones Coordinate interviews, provide logistics support for strategic initiatives, and contribute to ongoing process improvement Serve as primary candidate liaison, ensuring superb candidate experience Track and manage job postings and ongoing recruiting reports Own the offer letter process from start to finish Requirements 1+ years as a recruiter, including sourcing experience Proficient with Greenhouse, TalentWall, LI Recruiter, Moderloop Excellent and professional communication skills (written, verbal) Strong collaboration skills with all levels within the organization; experience working with hiring managers Strong sense of ownership--you are driven by goals and deadlines Agile and positive--recruiting plans and/or priorities change, and you don’t get flustered Organized and detail oriented Benefits This is a full-time, 6-months contract position, $32-45/hr Monthly Company Wellness Day Off Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week.
