We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant with recruitment experience to join our growing team. 📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage documentation • Handle correspondence and ensure smooth office operations 🔹 Requirements: • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role • Hands-on experience in recruitment or HR support • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity 🔹 Additional Information: • Candidates currently based in Qatar are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Jeddah
