Job Overview Remote Recruitment is looking for a highly organized and motivated Recruitment Administration Manager to oversee our recruitment administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our recruitment processes, managing a team of administrators, and optimizing our administrative functions to support the overall recruitment strategy. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment administration and management, who is passionate about processes and team success. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor the recruitment administration team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Oversee the recruitment administrative processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment databases. Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and ensure alignment with company goals. Develop and implement policies and procedures for recruitment administration functions. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to recruitment administration and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment administration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS systems. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a dispersed team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
