RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administration Officer to support our internal recruitment team. This role is key to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will provide end-to-end administrative support across all stages of the recruitment and onboarding process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably within recruitment or HR
  • Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across all stages of the recruitment process
  • Accurately maintain candidate records and application data in the ATS
  • Conduct employment checks including phone and online references, VEVO and Right to Work checks, police checks, and Drug & Alcohol testing
  • Review and record qualifications and licences in the recruitment database
  • Draft and issue employment contracts and position descriptions as required
  • Respond to candidate enquiries and provide timely updates on application progress
  • Coordinate the issue of uniforms and onboarding materials for new hires
