Position Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the Recruitment team across various stages of the hiring process. You will play a key role in ensuring recruitment processes run efficiently, candidates have a positive experience, and internal stakeholders receive timely support. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination & Administration Support the Recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks across the hiring process. Schedule interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers. Prepare interview packs, offer documentation, and onboarding administration where required. Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines. Candidate & Stakeholder Communication Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates and interview confirmations to candidates and internal stakeholders. Assist with managing recruitment inboxes and responding to general recruitment queries. Recruitment Operations & Compliance Support recruiters with job posting administration across various platforms. Assist with reference checks, document collection, and compliance administration. Ensure recruitment systems and databases remain updated and organised. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate information. Team Support & Process Improvement Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment and HR team as required. Assist in improving recruitment processes and maintaining operational efficiency. Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business demands. Essential Previous administrative experience within Recruitment, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant HR qualification, certification, or studies completed/in progress will be advantageous. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy. Professional, adaptable, and able to work well within a team environment. Preferred Previous exposure to recruitment coordination or talent acquisition administration. Experience working in BPO, customer service, or high-volume recruitment environments. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting tools.
