An Office role with a difference suiting someone who doesn’t just want to be sat in front of a computer all day and also doesn’t mind a bit of extra money! Our client Go Green Taxis are looking for an administrator to support their Didcot Recruitment department. As this is a taxi business it is incredibly important that you enjoy driving and are comfortable with a wide variety of duties, its going to be a very varied and rewarding role! The administration will be focused around the interviewing and onboarding of new drivers and involves a lot of interaction with the council so great communication skills are a must! All our office staff drive the busy periods both in the mornings and afternoons and we have a revenue share in place for this which equates to approx 400-1000 per month extra on top of your salary!

  • Speaking to candidates and interviewing them.
  • Assisting candidates with the taxi badge process.
  • Training new starters on our system and way of working.
  • Managing drivers ongoing requirements ensuring they are doing the correct hours etc.
  • Assisting with delivery of the service (ie driving a taxi) during busy periods.

You must have a driving licence to be considered and be willing to drive during the busy period as every manager etc does. You will be well compensated for this with bonuses of up to 1000 per month! :-)
