JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated administrator to join our busy recruitment team based in Dungannon.
Our Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day administration of the office including;

  • Handling calls and enquiries from applicants and workers
  • Maintaining administrative systems
  • Arranging assessments & inductions
  • Formatting documentation
  • Pre-selecting candidates and ensuring right to work
  • Advertising positions over a range of mediums including social media platforms
  • Handling some basic payroll duties
  • Attending meetings
  • Assisting managers

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including a confident telephone manner;
  • Be proactive and keen to learn;
  • Be flexible and have a hands on approach, with the ability to take ownership of a query and see it through;
  • Complete work with accuracy with attention to detail;
  • Be driven and able to multi-task under pressure;
  • Be a systematic organiser with excellent administration skills
  • Competence in current social media platforms is essential
  • Prior recruitment experience/exposure to HR processes is advantageous but not essential.
