Knockdene HealthCare is seeking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Administrator to assist with the recruitment of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with our experienced team of Healthcare Consultants to generate new candidates through effective advertising methods
  • Arranging training for healthcare staff and updating their personal training records on the company CRM system
  • Participate in on-call duties ( one weekend per month) O/T allowance paid monthly.
  • Maintaining HR files and ensuring they meet all strict compliance policies
  • Monitoring advertisement responses and sending application packs to prospective candidates
  • Telephone and reception duties
  • Assisting Healthcare Consultants with bookings during busy periods
  • Assisting our Accounts team with any payroll/invoicing queries
  • General housekeeping duties.
