SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Experience working with External Agencies is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Competent user MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The role of the Recruitment Administrator is to manage the recruitment process and provide administrative support to the HR manager. They will support the HR Manager on a day to day basis as required.
Founded over 20 years, Lawtech have become a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation. We deliver high-quality, compliant, multi-million-pound cladding repatriations & regeneration contracts throughout London and the wider Southeast.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advertising and maintaining vacancies on a variety of job boards via our internal
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support with first line screening of CVs.
  • Review all CV applications and liaise with Management re shortlisted applicants
  • To arrange interviews; by supporting in the preparation of interview schedules, inviting candidates to attend for interview.
  • Complete initial phone screening calls where required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Obtain Interview Feedback from Hiring Managers.
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Keep ATS up to date with candidate progress and any notes.
  • Collating management information (MI) on a weekly, monthly basis and reporting on your findings.
  • Promote and encourage feedback from candidates, and employers, and help drive continuous improvement.
  • Operate to recruitment processes, policies and procedures at all times.
