This role is responsible for providing administrative support across the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. In this position, you will assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, record management, and general recruitment coordination. You will help maintain accurate data in recruitment systems, support the preparation of correspondence, and ensure hiring activities are handled efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is well suited to someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team. Experience in recruitment or HR administration is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates with transferable administrative experience and a strong interest in people operations.
