JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an individual to join our highly successful team here at Unitemps, based on site at the University of Salford. The job will be based on site 5 days a week supporting the recruitment team with administration activities. You will be joining an established team that for the last two years has been nominated for the prestigious ‘branch of the year’ award.
The team are just about to move into a brand new office based onsite at University house and with the new academic year upon us, it’s a really exciting time to join.
Whilst this job is temporary for five months, there is a possibility that a permanent role will become available. And based on your performance you could be considered for that role.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of working on a CRM systems is advantageous
  • Ability to take on new tasks and be agile in your work

Responsibilities

Support the recruiters with admin tasks such as;

  • Carry out right to work checks
  • Ensuring candidates have the correct documents, including visa and passport checks
  • Answering incoming calls and make some outbound calls to follow up with candidates and internal hiring managers
  • Work on various trackers and spreadsheets
  • Checking and adding data to our inhouse CRM
  • Managing the candidate journey which includes writing job adverts, shortlisting, pre screen calls, interviews and the following up with administration tasks
  • Delivering very high levels of customer service to candidates, hiring managers and various stakeholders
  • Ad hoc tasks that arise
