WB Employment are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our successful team in Bristol (BS6).
We have been providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions across the South West for over 20 years. From our first office in Bishopston, Bristol, we’ve grown to multiple branches in Newport, Exeter – with further expansion planned.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident telephone manner and great customer service skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks
  • Strong people management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities
  • Helping to manage client accounts and building strong relationships
  • Interviewing and registering candidates
  • Organising sickness and holiday cover for temporary staff
  • On-site client visits and face-to-face meetings
  • Collecting timesheets and maintaining accurate data entry
  • Communicating KPIs to candidates
  • Handling telephone enquiries and customer interactions
  • Problem-solving and supporting both clients and candidates
  • General administrative duties

Benefits:

  • Salary: £27,500 – £30,500 depending on experience
  • Bonus structure once KPIs are achieved
  • 20 days annual leave, increasing by one day per year (up to 25 days after 2 years’ service)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with some flexibility required)
