We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to fill our vacant position in our Brentwood Location. Our Recruitment Administrator role is rewarding for the right person.
This is a remote working role, however you will be required to attend events as required.
The position offer is for part time applicants.

Responsibilities
  • To maintain administrative and financial skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
  • To provide administrative and financial services for YOU & I CARE in accordance with current best practice.
  • To implement and supervise the recruitment administrative processes within YOU & I CARE in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best practice and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time.
  • Be the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries. Using recruitment information systems to access, input and compile data.
  • Assist and support Management with Candidate Interviews. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals we support.
  • Develop effective working relationships with other YOU & I CARE employees. Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships.
  • Cooperate with the implementation, evaluation, orientation and induction of all new employees.
  • Support the effective resolution of team conflicts. Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Promote a positive image for the people and employees of YOU & I CARE .
