We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across the construction and engineering sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and our internal database
  • Write and post compelling job adverts to attract talent
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability
  • Maintain and update candidate records and tracking systems
  • Support the consultant team with CV formatting, compliance checks, and interview coordination
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key roles
  • Communicate with candidates professionally via phone, email
  • Assist with referencing and onboarding of successful candidates
