We are currently in search of a dynamic Recruitment Advisor to join our People and Brand team. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, client-centric end-to-end recruitment services and ensuring the seamless integration of new talent into our organisation. As a Recruitment Advisor, the key responsibilities are: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, direct searches, phone screening, shortlisting, interviewing, compliance checks, and onboarding Maintain and manage talent pools, ensuring candidates are reviewed with leaders for suitable placements Proactively engage with potential candidates through recruitment campaigns to discuss current and future opportunities Administer employment contracts, ensuring HR systems, registers, and stakeholders are updated accordingly. Assist with process improvements and policy reviews Prepare reports and metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategies. What You’ll Bring Relevant experience in a similar role, including recruitment, onboarding, award interpretation and HR Administration Experience with the administration of Recruitment and HR Information systems Intermediate computer, numeracy and literacy skills Intermediate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks Knowledge of employment legislation, awards, Occupational Health and Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date) Ideally you will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant experience Current unrestricted drivers’ licence What we offer Our office is located in central Cannington with a short 5 minute walk to Westfield Carousel, free parking on-site, close to public transport, food outlets and easily accessible from Albany Highway!
