THE ROLE

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor to join our fabulous National team. This could suit an experienced, hit-the-ground-running recruiter, however, we will also consider someone more junior, looking to carve out a career in recruitment with a global powerhouse Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you’ll join a team of trusted advisors who live & breath customer eccentricity – we bring to the table pride, passion and personality!

KEY DUTIES

• Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from taking the job specification, sourcing, assessment, and all activities leading through to their first day at site
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at all points of the process
• Building strong and effective relationships with the business managers and offering excellent customer service at all levels
• Sourcing and managing a talent pool and deploying them to sites at short notice
• Proactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when required
