Join the dynamic People & Culture team at Flinders University as a Recruitment Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and building strong, positive relationships across the University. In this pivotal position, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of portfolios, partnering closely with Hiring Managers to provide timely, high-quality guidance throughout the recruitment process. Reporting to the Recruitment and Employment Services Manager, your proactive, customer-focused approach will help create a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Working within a collaborative and inclusive Recruitment Team, you’ll: Advise on Job advertising activity, strategy and overseeing job postings Provide guidance and assistance throughout the Interview process Support reference checks and employment contract generation Advise on relocation and immigration matters, liaising with external providers Monitor visa compliance and triage complex immigration issues Assist and guide Hiring Managers through the Employment contract process Contribute to recruitment strategy and business improvement projects What you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience in HR or recruitment (agency or in-house) A strong customer service mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Working knowledge of visa and immigration processes Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail About You You’re a proactive team player with a solid background in HR or recruitment. You thrive in dynamic environments, communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, and bring a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
