Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment Delivery - Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for frontline soft services roles (cleaning, maintenance, etc.), including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pool Management - Using proactive sourcing methods and maintaining internal talent databases to support fast and consistent hiring across high-demand roles.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Candidate Experience - Building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a professional, timely recruitment journey for all candidates.
  • Recruitment Systems & Compliance Administration - Keeping data accurate and up to date across ATS and HR systems, ensuring compliance and supporting reporting needs.
  • Time Management & Prioritisation - Effectively managing competing recruitment tasks across a large vacancy portfolio with precision and strong attention to detail.
