As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll deliver an end-to-end recruitment service as part of our RPO team. You’ll manage your own portfolio of vacancies while supporting client objectives and SLAs.
You’ll be hiring a variety of roles in the care sector for our exciting new client, a person-centred care provider where your work will help make a real difference
You’ll gain valuable experience in high-volume recruitment, using innovative processes and technology. Your work will include reviewing applications, interviewing, scheduling, coordinating with Hiring Managers, and finding creative ways to improve the process.
