About the Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of operational and corporate positions
• Lead recruitment campaigns for frontline blue-collar roles including trades and services
• Recruit for white-collar functions including operations, sales, finance and administration
• Build talent pipelines and attraction strategies to support future hiring needs
• Review and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and candidate experience
• Create sustainable talent pools for hard-to-fill operational positions

About You

• Previous experience working as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Advisor
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability across multiple disciplines
• Comfortable working autonomously and driving outcomes independently, self-managing administrative needs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, resources or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded
