This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact, supporting high-volume recruitment across our Sales and Brand Ambassador teams. What you'll be doing Managing recruitment activity for Sales and Brand Ambassador vacancies Reviewing applications and identifying candidates with the right skills and potential Conducting candidate screening calls to bring CVs to life and assess suitability Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Supporting hiring managers to make great hiring decisions Delivering an excellent candidate experience from application through to offer Maintaining accurate records within our recruitment systems and databases What we're looking for Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency Outstanding people and communication skills Confidence in engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team Why join us?
