OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team here at Lotus Home Care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organisation. This role requires a keen understanding of the recruitment process, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities

ROLE DETAILS:

Job Title: Recruitment and Brand Officer
Location: Lotus Home Care Head Office, Wakefield (with travel to other branches)
Reporting to: Head of HR
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE)
Bonus: £300 - up to £550 KPI (potential annual earnings £3,600 - £5,700)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To strengthen recruitment and retention across Lotus Home Care by driving candidate attraction, improving on boarding and probation success rates, and acting as a visible brand ambassador in the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Supporting the full recruitment cycle (adverts, candidate contact, interviews, on boarding).
  • Improving retention through on boarding, induction, and probation support.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador at job fairs, events, and with local training providers.
  • Supporting social media campaigns to attract candidates.
  • Providing recruitment data and reports to HR.
