Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Deputy Recruitment and Compliance Manager to support our Recruitment and Compliance Manager in overseeing recruitment operations and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining recruitment quality, managing pre-employment processes, and supporting audits, while driving best practice across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Conduct right-to-work, DBS, and qualification checks
  • Maintain candidate and staff compliance records and documentation
  • Track passport, visa, training, and registration expiry dates
  • Prepare audit-ready records and assist in compliance investigations
  • Support Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) processing
  • Monitor GDPR adherence and CQC compliance
  • Mentor recruitment team members and support performance reviews
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and contribute to SOP development
