ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Recruitment and HR Officer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract top talent. You will be instrumental in developing and refining recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role also includes supporting early careers programmes and enhancing the employer brand.

RECRUITMENT AND HR OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction to onboarding
• Identifying and sourcing candidates via online platforms and professional networks
• Partnering with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies
• Managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Overseeing selection procedures and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Leading onboarding initiatives to integrate new hires successfully
• Supporting early careers programmes, including graduate and apprenticeship schemes
• Enhancing employer branding and candidate attraction strategies
• Providing support to the wider HR team as needed
