Sixth Sense Training is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Recruitment and Marketing assistant to take on a new challenge in the Glasgow area. Sixth Sense Training is an apprenticeship and training provider specialising in the digital sector.
Ideally, you have experience or qualifications in Marketing, Social Media, and SEO/PPC and are organised and confident on the phone.
This is a hybrid role, working predominantly from home, with a day a week in the office in East Kilbride.
The main facets of the role are leading the recruitment of Modern Apprentices for our client’s companies, and assisting with the marketing of our business to external stakeholders. Roughly half of your time will be spent on each.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• College or Vocational qualifications considered
• Strong marketing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop
• Experience with SEO, Google Ads, and social media management
• Project management and analytical skills
• Familiarity with WordPress and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driving licence and ability to manage time effectively
