POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and designing a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience that reflects the organization’s values and diversity commitments. Working closely with hiring managers, the Specialist provides expert guidance on best practices and collaborates on workforce planning to meet evolving staffing needs. They are responsible for maintaining compliance with legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies, while ensuring all candidate and employee interactions are handled with integrity and efficiency. The role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze recruitment trends, develop innovative talent acquisition strategies, and build relationships with external partners. The Specialist leads initiatives that enhance the organization, administers mandatory training, and ensure all processes support a high-quality, inclusive employee experience.
