Location: Newhaven enterprise centre
Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata for 4 days)
Hours: 30–40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly organised and personable Recruitment & Operations Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of people-focused work and behind-the-scenes organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, supporting recruitment processes, and handling day-to-day operational tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling meetings as needed
  • Assisting in the recruitment process: sourcing and screening candidates for nanny/SEN roles, arranging interviews, and communicating with families
  • Supporting families and Sennies throughout their employment, including managing holidays, absences, and training logistics
  • Providing general administrative and enquiry support, especially during busy periods
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure excellent service and candidate/family experience
