Description

Full job description

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys finding great people, building trusted relationships and creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You’ll manage recruitment across our Retail stores and Support Centre, from understanding what a manager needs and proactively finding candidates, through to interviews, references and offers. This is a hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, keeping things moving and staying close to candidates throughout the process.

Alongside recruitment, you’ll become an important part of our broader People team. You’ll help with everyday People queries, employee inductions and engagement activities. With coaching and support from our Head of People, you’ll also have the opportunity to build your experience and knowledge in HR.

This would be a great next move for an experienced recruiter who wants genuine ownership, the opportunity to make a visible impact and support to develop broader HR experience within a supportive team.
