At Care Agency Media we help our clients launch their businesses, providing them the tools and training for a successful company. As a Recruitment and Project Administrator, not only will you will have the opportunity to assist clients in each aspect of their business set-up but help them recruit their dream manager to help shape their service.
This position is internally referred to as a Recruitment Project Lead; the role mixes admin, project, recruitment and most prominently customer service tasks. An essential part of the role is being the first point of contact for our clients and leading them through the set-up and registration with regulatory bodies and providing them with the skills to hire their first employee.
Throughout your first 6 months with the company you will work within the project department, which will provide training with industry knowledge to help bring you up to speed with the details of our products and processes alongside supporting you with ongoing development as the sector grows and changes. You will receive all the necessary on and off-the-job training in the form of coaching sessions, guides, shadowing, and more. Apart from some of the tasks listed above, the role will include:

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a base level of existing recruitment experience who wants to grow with our company and in the role. With further progression to move to senior roles, handle more work or more difficult clients, or shift to a consulting/advising role, running online workshops to help clients digest our guides and manuals.
All new staff are referred to as Junior Project Leads during probation, which is 6 months so you have more time to go through all the stages of our business setup processes. Our salaries are reviewed at probation and then annually on the anniversary of your employment.
This is an office-based role, but staff are welcome to work from home up to 2 days a week. Initially, staff work full-time in the office until both sides are happy with their ability to work independently.
We have recently introduced Friday Fun Day, where for an afternoon a month we arrange with our staff activities ranging from Mario Kart Tournaments, picnics, board games and quizzes! Alongside our two annual staff events (which includes a ‘recovery day’ for our End of Year Celebration) we also have monthly pizza and book swap corner!
