Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Recruitment and Sourcing Advisor to play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless end-to-end recruitment across Downer’s Group functions. Reporting to the General Manager – P&C Corporate and Transformation, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team, collaborating closely with candidates and hiring leaders to provide comprehensive recruitment support and deliver exceptional candidate and customer experiences. This is a full-time position based in our North Ryde office What You’ll Be Doing: * Manage recruitment activities with a focus on exceptional candidate care, positive hiring manager experiences, and continuous process improvement. * Coordinate and optimise job advertisements, ensuring maximum visibility and promoting the Downer brand and our unique value proposition. * Conduct initial screenings and scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring leaders. * Manage background checks, offering candidates support throughout the process. * Maintain candidate pipelines, including regular communication with candidates and ensuring up to date records and document management. * Contribute to strategic programs that support employer branding, employee value proposition, retention, and talent development initiatives.   What You’ll Bring: * Higher education qualifications preferred but not essential. * Demonstrated experience in a similar role * Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System would be advantageous but not essential (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred). * Technical savvy, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology. * Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on delivering quality experiences. * A high-performance mindset, with a passion for achieving results and making an impact. * Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects, responsibilities, and stakeholder needs.
