Responsibilities
  • Active Talent Sourcing: You’ll work with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and more. Not only will you scout for candidates across various fields—from IT, Finance, HR to Marketing.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: It’s not just about finding a candidate—it’s about cultivating long-term relationships. You’ll stay in regular touch with talent to build a robust database that we can tap into for future hiring needs.
  • Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define each department’s needs and collaboratively craft the ideal candidate profile.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Your analytical skills will ensure our sourcing process is as efficient as possible. You’ll monitor trends, analyze data, and regularly report your findings—your feedback will help us continuously improve.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Always on the lookout for new methods and tools to optimize our sourcing process? We offer you the freedom to experiment, come up with creative ideas, and push the boundaries of recruitment.
