ABOUT US
Loungers is a substantial and growing operator in the UK hospitality sector, operating near 300 sites in England and Wales across three distinct but complementary brands, Lounges, Cosy Club, and Brightside. Founded in 2002 by three friends who wanted to create a neighbourhood caf-bar that they would want to go to, the Group is now the only growing all-day operator of scale in the UK and has consistently outperformed the wider UK hospitality sector over the past three years. Despite being the fastest growing caf/restaurant group in the Country, Loungers has retained its entrepreneurial spirit and quirky ‘Loungey’ local community atmosphere.
This role sits as a hybrid offering administrative and analytical support to the Recruitment and Learning and Development teams, reporting to both the Head of Learning & Development and Head of Talent Acquisition. This role will require the role holder to prioritise their workload as per the needs of the teams and wider business.
This is a varied role that will give you exposure to working closely with the learning & development and recruitment teams to help deliver the very best candidates into positions within Loungers PLC as well as supporting the progression of internal talent through the business.
You will work across all 3 brands (Lounges, Cosy and Brightside). For recruitment administration you will be involved with supporting everything from ensuring our applicant tracking system is used correctly and effectively, supporting search processes for key vacancies across HQ and helping to drive the use of effective talent and recruitment data including our reputation externally.
Talent administration will give you exposure to coordinating our internal development programmes, working closely with the Senior Learning & Development Manager, Head of Learning and Development and operational stakeholders, as well as producing key periodic insight to make help inform strategic decisions on our people and future leaders.
