REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Active TS/SCI or TS (w/ SCI Eligibility) Clearance
A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or background and experience in human resources, business administration or related field.
Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience and skills in providing Executive Level support in the Federal government, Military, or private sector, to include but not limited to correspondence / workflow management.
A minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience and skills in providing Human resources, Recruiting & Training support in the Federal government, Military, or private sector.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and training software necessary.
Demonstrated experience providing timely and high-quality support in a complex and fast-paced environment requiring a high-degree of critical thinking, initiative, problem solving, and professional judgement across an organizational setting (i.e. not siloed to one or two specific tasks).
Demonstrate proficiency and experience with correspondence and Task Management Systems (CATMS)
Demonstrate high proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite to include: Word, Excel and Power Point.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting clients in the defense or intelligence communities.
Knowledge of the unique challenges and requirements in the national security sector.
Experience with DTS and CATMS (creating, reviewing and approving CONUS and OCONUS Defense Travel System (DTS) orders) preferred.
Experience in Executive Level Administrative Assistant support to Senior Executives in the Federal government, Military (DoD Flag/General Officers) preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruitment: The coordinator is responsible for the entire recruitment process, which includes:
Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
Coordinating and conducting interviews.
Managing hiring paperwork and onboarding processes.
Maintaining active pipeline and ready to work candidates.
Training and Development: Will ensure new staff are on-boarded and oriented to the roles they will fill and ensure they are trained on existing and new tools, policies, processes, management structure, and riles. Will be responsive for training initiatives which involve:
Identifying training needs within the organization.
Developing and implementing training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions.
Collaboration: Will working closely with hiring managers and HR team to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and training objectives is crucial. This includes understanding the specific needs of different departments and tailoring recruitment and training efforts accordingly. Will also support HR and Operations of Rios Partners.
