Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Assistant to support bulk hiring efforts for blue collar roles. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing documentation for large-scale manpower recruitment, both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for various blue collar positions (e.g., technicians, laborers, drivers, etc.)
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and overseas partners for bulk hiring campaigns
  • Schedule and manage interviews, trade tests, and selection processes
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and visa documentation
  • Communicate with candidates regarding job details, joining formalities, and onboarding schedules
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives, virtual interviews, and walk-in events
  • Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and documentation
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment status and hiring progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue collar or bulk hiring
  • Familiarity with overseas recruitment processes and documentation
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with manpower supply companies or contracting firms
  • Knowledge of Emigrate system or similar platforms for overseas hiring
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per mont
